Plum jam and cedar aromas lead to a palate of soft black fruits, ending with vanilla notes.

16 Mission Estate Merlot, Hawkes Bay, New Zealand £17.95
Established in 1851, the Mission Estate Winery is New Zealand’s oldest winemaker. The bouquet is
reminiscent of sandlewood and fine herbs with excellent oak and fruit integration.

Black cherry-red with light tawny hues. The aromas and flavours demonstrate a perfect balance between

Classic Australian Cabernet Sauvignon. Rich berry flavours, soft fruit and fine tannin structure.

21 St Emilion, Chateau Bois de l’Or, Grand Vin de Bordeaux, France £19.50
Supple, suave and elegant in the mouth. Better than some Grand Crus.

Brilliant pink colour with a delicate and floral aroma. On the palate it is supple and fresh.
